While you are on the warranty period (2-years on parts and lifetime on frame), all warranty claims need to be sent to us via email (

Once a ticket has been created, we will help you resolve the issue or send you a new replacement part within 2 business days if the problem is a defective part.

Please note that we don't cover accidental damages such as but not limited to fire, physical damages and animal bites.
